- Adds new artisan commands related to themes:
theme:list List all available themes (in marketplace.)
theme:use Switch the active theme.
theme:install Install a theme from the marketplace.
theme:delete Delete an existing theme.
This could make the development workflow for setting up a new project alot quicker.
For instance, take a look at https://github.com/krisawzm/blank-theme
This is just a blank scaffolding theme that you can build on. You could install it by simply running
php artisan theme:install krisawzm.blank - after running october:fresh, of course.

Since sideMenu items are now sortable, any sideMenu items that don't
have an order applied will get sorted however PHP decides to do so.
This adds the order parameter to all cms menu items to retain the
original order of the side menu items.

Add support for sorting sideMenu items
...
Up until now, only main menu items have supported the 'order' parameter
to set the sort order. This adds the same support to side menus, which
is especially useful when one plugin extends the side menu of another.
There is one downside: any existing plugins that use the side menu will
inevitably end up with their menu items appearing out of order, until
the author adds the 'order' parameter to their sideMenu array.

Fixed custom error pages outputting headers

If we don't have this method called, then the controller returns an object. From then on, [Symfony converts this object in to a string](https://github.com/symfony/HttpFoundation/blob/master/Response.php#L406 ). This string is **not just the content of the view**, but the headers as well.
After attaching this method, `handleCustomError()` returns a string and everything works as expected.

Added the Media tab, minor update in .htaccess to allow temporary public directory to be accessible; implemented the basic UI components and navigation; implemented grid, list and tiles view modes; implemented drag-select interface; implemented Media Library cache refreshing; implemented thumbnail generating for local and remote media files; fixed memory leak in third-party Flot Resize library; minor update in the AJAX framework - AJAX request cancelling is not considered as an error anymore; added back-end UI components for creating panels.

When loading a relation, an "Uncaught token :" javascript error is thrown when using Chrome, which makes the select all checkbox not to work and most of the JS on the page to fail.

The local storage driver is not suitable because it does not apply the appropriate permissions to local files. This is a big issue especially for shared hosting where the webserver will create a file and the owner is locked from touching it. We detect the local driver and use the FileHelper class whenever a file or directory is created. Eg: if configured to apply chmod 777 then it will be fulfilled as expected.

Adds a "required" and "requiredMessage" key to component properties. If a required field does not have a requiredMessage, a default message of "Required fields were left blank." will be used.

Valid strtotime() format when time is left empty
...
Date-type laravel validation ("date", "before", and "after") may not be used with datetime widgets containing empty time fields because they are not in a valid strtotime() format (example: 2014-12-27 :00).
This extra check ensures a valid strtotime() format by only adding the ":00" seconds value when a time value is present.
