changes required by Velocity\Laravel-mix@6 update

- loading new scripts in blade template
- clean output folder before each build
- all vue components extracted into single file
- can be used as blueprint to upgrade other packages relying on laravel-mix
- jquer.ez-plus/jquery.min.js removed (unused)
- minor syntax updates
