Update RelationController::onRelationManageUpdate 

As in `onRelationManageCreate()`, `onRelationManageDelete()`, `onRelationManageAdd()`, etc, it needs to return `$this->relationRefresh()` for `relationExtendRefreshResults()` to be executed
