There are two ways to top up user's account: via online payment or bank transfer. Paid funds are credited online instantly. The term for crediting funds by bank transfer depends on the bank.
Payment processing is provided by the Altyn Asyr payment system. Information about the commission of the payment system for each deposit method is available on the payment page.
Online payment
1. Go to your personal account on the site.
2. Open the drop-down menu next to the username and select "Balance replenishment".
3. Select the payment method "Online payment".
4. Enter the amount of replenishment in Turkmen manats and click "Pay".
5. Next, the system will transfer you to the payment page (Altyn Asyr e-commerce). You must enter the data (card number, period of validity, owner's name, security code CVV2 / CVC2. Then click "Pay".
6. If the payment was successful, a notification message will appear. And the funds will be available in your account on the site.
We recommend you to make sure that you know all the data or the card is with you. Please note that you have only 20 minutes to complete the payment. After the specified time is up, you will be automatically redirected to the main page of the website.
Bank transfer
1. Go to your personal account on the website.
2. Open the drop-down menu next to the username and select "Balance replenishment".
3. Select the payment method "Bank Transfer".
4. Make a note of the details shown on the page. Visit the bank and complete the transfer. ATTENTION! Be sure to keep your receipt! Scan it or take a high quality photo.
5. Go to the page «Balance replenishment» again (repeat steps 1-3).
6. Load the file (receipt image) into the appropriate window. Click the "Submit" button. Before sending, make sure that the transfer was done correctly.
The funds will be available in your account on the site after checking the payment document by the service administrator (period from ... to ... hours / days).
